SEOReseller’s Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) is provided for you to manage your business relationships. Here, you’re able to keep track of your contact’s information and monitor where they are in the conversion process.
Navigating around the CRM
- Log-in to your account.
- The Dashboard
You can view all your saved contacts right on the CRM Dashboard.
Add a contact - Add contact button lets you manually add a contact into your CRM dashboard. You can automatically add any contact coming from the Lead Finder Tool.
Export Contact - Lets you export your list into a .xls file.
Information Icon - Easily leads you to the contact bio where you can add more information.
Add important notes and reminders in the business information page.
Status - Status column lets you monitor the status of your contact and where they are in the conversion journey.
Create Proposal - Clicking on this menu will bring you to the proposal builder tool, where you can easily design a proposal for the chosen contact.
Run An Audit - You can automatically run an audit without having to open a new window or typing the link for the website. Simply click the icon and it will automatically generate an audit report for you.
Send Email - Clicking on this menu will let you send an email right from the page.
Run Automation - This menu will let you choose an email sequence and activate right on the spot.
Add To Campaign - You have the option to add any contact you choose to any campaign.
