Grab your client’s attention and show them your brand’s value with a proposal designed to boost your efficiency. The proposal builder saves you time writing a proposal for clients or business partners without compromising quality.
1. How to create a proposal
Log in to your account
Go to the Agency Tools tab and click Proposal Builder. Agency Tools > Proposal Builder
Click the Create Proposal button
In the create proposal page, enter the title and currency you want to use, and search for the contact you’re making the proposal for.
If the contact doesn't exist in your CRM, you can add a new contact for the proposal. Just click Add new contact and fill out the necessary details.
After filling out the details, click Next.
2. How to customize your proposal
You can change the proposal cover by clicking the ‘Change Image’ button. This allows you to upload a new image or search and choose from the available premium stock images.
Add your introduction or company description. This is the opportunity to create that attention-grabbing intro. Make it short, strong, and concise.
3. Adding a product
Start adding the service, product, or package for your client by clicking the ‘Store Product’ button on the left sidebar.
Choose the product or service you want to add by going to the outer right side of the page. Choose from the selection by clicking the checkbox.
A drop-down window will appear where you can customize and change the price. Click Next to save changes and add the selected product to the proposal. (Click Add Product if it’s a web design service)
Click the ‘Add Selection’ button to add another service or product to your proposal.
4. Arranging a product
If you want to rearrange the product in a particular order, click the icon at the left side of the product you want to move.
Drag it anywhere you want.
5. Deleting a product
Once you have a product, go to the left side of the screen
Hover over the product and a delete option will appear.
Click the Delete icon and that product will be deleted
6. Updating the quantity and pricing of a product
Once a product is added to the proposal, the Quotation segment will be updated.
You can change the number of a specific product on the QTY column.
On the left side of the screen, you will see the list of products you added to your proposal.
Click on a product and you can update the pricing of your product.
Click the ‘Apply’ button to update the pricing of your products. Note: Changes are reflected in the Quotations segment for any updates on the pricing and quantity of the products
Once you’re done, click the ‘Save Proposal’ button and you will be redirected to your proposals.
7. Send and download a proposal
In your Proposal Builder list (Agency Tools > Proposal Builder), hover on the proposal and you will see two options.
To Download click the ‘Download Proposal’ icon which is the first option.
Note: The downloaded file can either be a pdf or zip file. A zip file will contain your proposal in pdf and mockups.
To Send Proposal click the ‘Send Proposal’ icon positioned on the right side of the download icon.
When you click the ‘Send Proposal’ option, a send proposal modal will appear. A web view link to your proposal will be sent to your client.
Note: A safe email modal will appear if you have not set-up your safe email.
If you send the proposal, the status will be changed from “Open” to “Sent”.
IMPORTANT: Before you send a proposal, make sure that all the information is correct. You can’t update this proposal once it has been sent.
