All the important metrics you need to track for your SEO campaigns in one place - here’s how to use your SEO dashboard.
1. Log into your dashboard and choose a campaign.
Choose a campaign to view your SEO dashboard.
If you don’t have a campaign, follow these steps in adding a new campaign.
2. Track keyword performance.
One of the core functions of the SEO dashboard is to provide you a view of keyword rankings. To start tracking keyword performance, add your target keywords.
Once you’ve added your keywords, your SEO dashboard will the ranking summary for each targeted keyword based on their position in the SEO Overview section.
Your keywords will also appear in the Keyword Rankings tab that shows: Rank Trend, Position, Search Volume, SERP Features, and the Target Location.
3. Monitor website traffic.
The SEO dashboard allows you to monitor traffic movement by getting data from Google Analytics.
If you have not integrated Google Analytics for your client’s account, follow these steps.
After integrating Google Analytics, your SEO dashboard will show:
Monthly organic traffic
Traffic distribution from different sources
Traffic distribution based on device type
4. Track monthly trends to report progress.
The SEO dashboard shows monthly trends for your tracked keywords. This will allow you to have a more detailed view of how keyword positions are improving.
To view this report, go to the Monthly Trend tab.
5. View links built for your client’s website.
Go to the Links Built tab to view all the links acquired for your client. This provides you with a report for your link building efforts.
