See what people are saying about your client’s business and respond to reviews. Our Reviews tool on the Reputation Management dashboard makes this easy. This tool allows you to monitor and respond to online reviews from Google My Business, Facebook, and Yelp listings, so you can have more control over your client’s online reputation.
This is how it works:
1. Get an overview of online reviews.
If you have integrated and authorized your Google My Business, Facebook, and Yelp accounts, you will be able to see the average rating of the business, a breakdown of reviews per rating over the last 30 days, and the most recent reviews.
2. View online reviews.
On the Reputation Management dashboard, click See all reviews to view online reviews.
The Reviews tab will show all the customer feedback and ratings from your integrated listings (Google My Business, Facebook, and Yelp).
You can also sort the reviews by ratings.
3. Respond to online reviews.
Choose the review that you wish to reply to and click More Actions.
This will open a modal window where you can type a reply.
Once done, click Send Reply.
4. Check reviews for more responses.
You can sort reviews that you have and have not replied to. This allows you to resolve reviews and improve the online interaction of the business with customers.
Use the drop-down menu to filter Replied Reviews and Not Replied Reviews.
