With the Lead Finder Chrome Extension, you can easily capture the information of new prospects from their website.
1. Click on the Lead Finder extension icon on your browser.
Make sure the extension is using a verified account to activate the extension. If not yet activated, follow the steps here.
Once activated, click Find Contacts. This will trigger the plugin to get the contact information available on the site.
2. View and save contacts.
Once the plugin is done getting the information, it will display the following fields:
- Company name
- Phone number
- Links to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn profiles (if available)
- Email of contacts found
The Lead Finder will automatically select the available social media profiles and contacts found. If there are multiple profiles found for the same social media platform, the Lead Finder will get the first profile found.
Choose the fields you want to save into your CRM then click Save.
Note: If there are no contacts found, you can still save the website to your CRM. The great thing about the Lead Finder Chrome Extension is you can visit the website again and use it to check if the website has updated their information and new contacts are available.
3. Add to marketing automation.
You can also start nurturing prospects by adding them to a marketing sequence. This is only available if there are available contacts.
Select the contact(s) you want to add to a marketing sequence, then choose the sequence you want to run.
Once done, click Save.
There you have it! Quick and easy way to find and save the contact information of prospects.
